Description

This dry white wine comes from old vines. With a brilliant yellow color, it develops a very aromatic nose with tangy and mineral notes. Its balance between fat and acidity blends with citrus notes.

It is a wine for laying down that can be decanted.
It will accompany an aperitif as well as fish in sauce or cheese.

Aged in oak barrels for 18 months.

Grape variety : 100% Chenin

Contains sulfites.
