Bredalas

Bredalas have been an Alsatian tradition since the Middle Ages. These are small dry cakes, with butter, spices, dried fruits. A Christmas delight to accompany a glass of mulled wine (in moderation).

Ingredients :

Cinnamon stars : sugar, almonds 17%, hazelnuts 16%, soft wheat flour, orange peel 1,8%, cinnamon 1,5%, glucose, fructose, egg white, whole milk powder.

Spritz with almonds : flour, butter, sugar, eggs, almond flour 8%, baking powder.

Cocoa marbled shortbread: flour, sugar, butter, vanilla natural taste, cocoa 3%, baking powder.

Anise cakes : eggs, sugar, wheat flour, baking powder, anise seeds.

Leckerlis with fruits : sugar, wheat flour, raisins 17%, orange peel 8%, hazelnuts 3%, whole eggs, spices, natural taste.
Contains gluten. May contain traces of hazelnuts and milk.
