The Spätzles or Spaetzles are a sure bet in Alsatian gastronomy. In accordance with tradition and its Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), this pasta is made with 7 fresh eggs per kilo of durum wheat semolina by Valfleuri.
This typicality gives them a fine and tasty taste and texture, a beautiful golden color and excellent cooking performance.
Ingredients : Superior quality durum wheat semolina, 320g of fresh eggs per kilo of semolina (30%). Possible traces of soy.
Cooking : 18 minutes in 2 L of salted boiling water, then brown the spätzle in butter.
