Coq au Riesling is the Alsatian version of an emblematic dish of French cuisine : coq au vin.

Ingredients : rooster leg with bone 43% (origin France), water, white wine Riesling 16% (sulphites), cream of milk, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, modified corn starch, button mushroom, carrot, leek , salt, wheat glucose syrup, flavors, poultry fat and meat, onions, spices, aromatic plant.

Preparation : pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Serve with spätzle or knepfle.
